Close The Deal And Seal It With A Gift

You have worked hard to get your client their new home. You have stayed up late nights wondering, worrying and filling out paperwork. Finally you have closed the deal, now seal it with a gift!

Home buyers go through an enormous amount of stress when buying their properties. They rely on you 100% to walk beside them every step of the way. Show them you had their back by leaving a little gift after closing. It’s the perfect personal touch. The surprise can be as simple as a vase of flowers or address labels. It can be as extravagant as season tickets or a flat screen TV. I usually give a nice card with a gift certificate to a local restaurant, they really appreciate it. Once, on a clients move in day I had pizzas/drinks delivered for them and the crew helping them, three months later one of the helping neighbors called me up and yes, I sold another house!
